At Leigh St Peter’s CE Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Using School Surveys (Teacher Tapp), we systematically gather the views of our children, parents, carers and staff throughout the year, enabling us to gain meaningful feedback about all aspects of school life. School leaders carefully review and analyse the findings produced through the online platform, identifying strengths, celebrating successes and highlighting areas for further development. We then share our responses through a ‘You Said, We Did’ approach, demonstrating how feedback directly influences decision-making and school improvement. This process helps us create an environment of continuous reflection, growth and excellence, where everyone can contribute to shaping our school community. Rooted in our Christian vision of ‘Let Your Light Shine’ (Matthew 5:16), we encourage every child and adult to confidently share their thoughts, knowing that their voice can help make our school an even better place to learn, work and flourish.
