At Leigh St Peter’s CE Primary School, we use the TrackIt Lights App to record both positive and negative behaviour, providing leaders and staff with a clear overview of how well our expectations are being met across the school. Positive behaviours are recognised and celebrated, enabling individual children, classes and year groups to be rewarded for consistently demonstrating our school values and expected behaviours. The system also helps us identify patterns of behaviour that fall below our expectations, ensuring that appropriate consequences, support and interventions can be put in place to help every child succeed. Through this consistent approach, we promote accountability, celebrate success and support all children to flourish. #LetYourLightShine

At Leigh St Peter’s CE Primary School, we believe that strong partnerships between home and school are essential in supporting children’s behaviour and personal development. Through the Parent TrackIt Lights App, parents and carers are notified of both positive and negative behaviour incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication. This allows families to celebrate achievements and positive choices alongside us, while also working collaboratively with school staff to address any behaviours that fall below expectations. By maintaining open and transparent communication, we can work together to provide consistent support, reinforce positive habits and help every child flourish.

Please see the video below to explain in more detail how we utilise the Trackit Lights Parent App to build a culture of excellent behaviour at LSPPS.
