Leigh St Peter's
C.E. Primary School
All children are expected to wear the correct school uniform and look smart and clean. No jewellery is to be worn. Please make sure shoulder length hair or longer is tied up and there are no hair colours or tram lines. Children of primary school age shouldn’t have acrylic nails, this damages the nail bed and can affect nail growth. Please keep children’s nails a short length and with no nail polish.
We have made the decision to allow PLAIN black trainers from September 2020. This is because we are a physically active school and children are encourage to take part in activities at break and dinner. We also complete the daily mile throughout the week. Also, children in EYFS are allowed to wear jogging bottoms or leggings as part of their curriculum is outdoor play.
