Introduction from the Chair of Governors’
I am delighted to welcome you to Leigh St. Peter’s CE Primary School website, which provides detailed information.
As governors, we are proud to be part of this happy, vibrant school and are fully committed to working with Mrs. Cathie and her staff, the children and parents/carers to ensure that ‘Together with God, we challenge minds, recognise talents and build dreams’ in a safe, secure, nurturing Christian environment.
Part of our role as a Governing Board is to set the vision and strategic direction of the school. The different skill set of each governor allows us to support and challenge the school’s leadership team as a critical friend, ensuring your child’s needs are carefully met.
We thank parents for their support of staff and governors, especially in attendance and behaviour, which impacts on the achievement of all our children.
