Children in y3 have been investigating shadows.
The children have been learning about WW2 Evacuees. These are some artefacts from the war.
Year 3 have been using missing numbers to help understand place value.
As part of our thematic Rocks and Soils we invited parents in to experience different activities. Making edible soil was the favourite. Parents feedback was extremely positive. Thank you so much for attending our afternoon session!
Year 3 investigated evidence then questioned members of staff that were suspects of the crime. After a while, the children realised that it was the Iron Man all along.
Year 2 and Year 3 sports day. They won stickers for: 1st, 2nd 3rd and a well done for fourth place. The weather was brilliant and everyone had a great time.
In year 3, children have dressed up in red, white and blue to celebrate the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Miss Meghan Markle. We created a Royal family tree, and designed wedding dresses and suits. Also, we made Union Jack bunting and flags.
Breaking News… Mr Fletcher’s car vanished!!!
The children of y3 have now become crime scene investigators. Interviews will begin next week…WATCH THIS SPACE!!!!
